About Me

My Journey to Massage Therapist
Long before I began my training to become a massage therapist, I sought out massage as a potential remedy for a bout of debilitating TMJ pain. The relief I experienced following a session of reflexology and massage, introduced me to the powerful effectiveness of the healing arts. I became interested in helping others who suffer from muscular pain and chronic conditions, and sharing the relief that therapeutic massage can bring! In 2006, I began my formal training and have been a working massage therapist for 14 years.
The Monadnock Region provides a playground for outdoor activities! I love to get out and walk, bike, and hike on the beautiful back roads and wooded trails of southern NH. With the arrival of summer, I enjoy swimming and kayaking in local lakes. I have found that time outdoors and massage, restore my body and spirit, and add balance to my work life!
